Background

Niraj is an accomplished entrepreneur with particular expertise in seeking and securing funding for companies on a growth trajectory. His career in the chartered accounting and professional services industry spans over two decades, with his most recent role being an equity partner at a Big Four chartered accounting firm. His ability to determine the appropriate structure, mitigate key risks and establish the necessary governance has allowed Niraj to help some of Australia’s largest listed privately held enterprises to secure funding on favourable terms.
Having worked in a variety of destinations including China, London and Canada, Niraj brings a wealth of global experience to Century DMS. Through these ventures, he has learned the key to business success is collaboration and cooperation. He is known for building and retaining a team of strong associates that have a shared vision but diversified skill set to complement each project.

As CEO, Niraj is responsible for ensuring financial and operational success of Century. While managing risk and maintaining compliance across all projects, Niraj also plays a pivotal role in growing and maintaining a strong brand image and facilitating effective communication among all partners and stakeholders.
